Aeongo Inc. built the Wheatbuy app as a free app. This SERVICE is provided by Aeongo Inc. and is intended for use as is.

Contact and Profile Information:
When you create an Account, complete your account profile, sign up for a mailing list, or otherwise communicate or interact with us, WheatBuy may collect information from you, such as name, number, email, physical address. WheatBuy uses this contact and profile information to: (i) create and personalize your account, (ii) communicate with you directly about the services WheatBuy provides, questions and concerns, (iii) fulfill your order(s).
Payment Information:
When you submit an order, you are required to provide payment information, such as your credit card, debit card details. WheatBuy uses this payment information to fulfill your order, complete the transaction and detect and prevent fraud.
Transaction Information:
When you submit an order, WheatBuy collect information, including items purchased, date and time of your transaction, special instructions, promotions redeemed as part of a loyalty or rewards program. WheatBuy use this transaction information to fulfill your order, detect and prevent fraud, personalize your experience and perform analytics and usage trends.
Communication, Participation and other Content:
We maintain all communications resulting from your interaction with us by mail or email or chat. We use all of the foregoing communications to address your questions, issues and concerns and to improve our services.
Location Information:
When you use our services, we may collect information about your location. With your permission, WheatBuy may also collect information about your location using methods that include GPS, wireless networks, cell towers, wifi access points and other sensors. WheatBuy uses this information to provide you with a list of nearby restaurants, fulfill orders, dispatching available orders to nearby drivers. WheatBuy will not store any historical location data provided by users and only uses the last known provided location.
Third Party Services:
The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you. [Google services, Facebook services, Stripe services]. This information is used as a method to log into WheatBuy services.
Data Deletion
At anytime, users may request to close accounts they may have created on WheatBuy and delete any associated data in regards to their account on WheatBuy. Users may contact us directly via email at support@wheatbuy.com with the subject header “Account Closure Request”.
Facebook Data Deletion
On Facebook, the data deletion callback is called whenever an app user removes the app and requests that the data is deleted. Users can do this by going to their Facebook profile, clicking the Send Request button on the Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites page. From there you can delete the app and/or website you would like the data removed from.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
